90 Points - Robert Parker's Wine Advocate:
"The 2005 La Plazuela is a blend of 80% Cencibel (Tempranillo) and 20% Garnacha. The Cencibel vines range in age from 90 to 105 years. Deep garnet-colored, it offers up an excellent nose of toasty oak, pencil lead, and blackberry. A bit firm and compact on the palate, it has plenty of spicy fruit, good concentration, and a lengthy finish. Another 2-3 years of cellaring may round it out in which case my rating will appear stingy."

93 Points - Wine Enthusiast Magazine (2012 vintage):
"The best La Bernardine I can recall, this is a wonderfully full-bodied yet elegant rendering of Châteauneuf-du-Pape. Garrigue and floral notes make a healthy impression on the nose, while the expansive herb and black cherry flavors linger on the silky finish. Drink now–2025." -Joe Czerwinski (12/31/2013)

94 Points & "Highly Recommended" - Wine Spectator Magazine:
"Intense, with fig, blackberry and plum compote flavors rolling over one another, while worn leather, Turkish coffee and well-roasted mesquite notes form a ring around them. Overall this is rich and dense, yet there's definition throughout. Only needs time to knit fully before delivering its peak experience. Grenache, Syrah and Mourvèdre. Best from 2020 through 2035. 3,000 cases made." – JM (Feb 28, 2018)

97 Points - Wine Spectator Magazine:
"This delivers a lush, enticing blast of cassis and raspberry and boysenberry preserve flavors, carried by a silky structure that lets the fruit play out at length, giving adequate time for black tea, singed apple wood, dried anise and fruitcake notes to fill in throughout. Dreamy. Grenache. Best from 2020 through 2040. 600 cases made." ÐJM (February 2018)

91 Points - Wine Enthusiast:
"There is deep blackberry but also a savory beef element on the nose of this blend of 61% Cabernet Franc and 39% Merlot, as well as graphite and dried herb touches. The acidity on the sip is nearly searing, and the tannic tension is formidable, ensuring decent age-worthiness. Dary berries are the primary flavors."

96 Points - Jeb Dunnuck:
"The Mourvèdre-dominated 2016 Gratitude Blend (there’s 25% Grenache and 5% Syrah) is a flat-out awesome wine as well as possibly the greatest expression of the variety to come out of Washington State. Beautiful notes of black and blue fruits, dried earth, peppery spice, and loads of floral and rose petal notes all flow to a full-bodied red that has an incredible sense of elegance and purity as well as richness and depth. It’s great today and will be great in a decade." - Jeb Dunnuck (4/11/2019)

"In the running for the best Grenache from Washington, the 2016 Grenache The Boy Powerline Vineyard is a single vineyard release from a site in the Walla Walla Valley and was brought up in neutral oak. It has a Rayas-like perfume of rose petals, black raspberries, cherries, spice, and smoked meat. This carries to a medium to full-bodied, thrilling textured, seamless Grenache that has a stacked mid-palate, no hard edges, and a great, great finish. Hats off to the team at K Vintners for this incredible Grenache!" - Jeb Dunnuck (4/11/2019)
