92-94 Points - Robert Parker's Wine Advocate:
"Tasted prior to bottling, the 2017 Chateauneuf du Pape Blanc contains a whopping 80% Roussanne. There's 15% Grenache Blanc, with the balance being a blend of the appellation's various permitted white varieties. It's a rich, full-bodied example of white Châteauneuf-du-Pape, with honeyed notes of pineapple, peach and citrus all playing leading roles, while a touch of anise appears on the lingering finish." - Joe Czerwinski (Aug 2018)

97-99 Points - Robert Parker's Wine Advocate:
"As always, the 2017 Chateauneuf du Pape Roussanne Vieilles Vignes comes from a three-hectare parcel planted in 1909. It's richer, creamier and longer than Beaucastel's regular white Châteauneuf-du-Pape but also fresher and brinier. It looks even more impressive than the stunning 2016." -Joe Czerwinski (Aug 2018)

94 Points & "Highly Recommended" - Wine Spectator Magazine:
"Intense, with fig, blackberry and plum compote flavors rolling over one another, while worn leather, Turkish coffee and well-roasted mesquite notes form a ring around them. Overall this is rich and dense, yet there's definition throughout. Only needs time to knit fully before delivering its peak experience. Grenache, Syrah and Mourvèdre. Best from 2020 through 2035. 3,000 cases made." – JM (Feb 28, 2018)

97 Points - Wine Spectator Magazine:
"This delivers a lush, enticing blast of cassis and raspberry and boysenberry preserve flavors, carried by a silky structure that lets the fruit play out at length, giving adequate time for black tea, singed apple wood, dried anise and fruitcake notes to fill in throughout. Dreamy. Grenache. Best from 2020 through 2040. 600 cases made." ÐJM (February 2018)

98 Points - James Suckling:
"Impressive, complex array of wild cherries, raspberries, garrigue herbs, lightly spiced pastry and stony, chalky minerals. Super-fresh florals. The palate has superb texture, roundness, completeness, depth and detail. Powerful yet elegant with powdery tannins and essence-like red fruit. Super-fleshy, supple and dense core, then strong at the edges. Layer upon layer peels away on the finish. Resounding finesse and equilibrium, showing the full potential of the plateau La Crau. Drink or hold." - (August 29, 2018)

"Bright ruby-red. Fresh red and dark berries, peppery spices and garrigue aromas are lifted by a bright mineral flourish. Silky, sweet and lively on the palate, offering juicy black raspberry, floral pastille and spicecake flavors that gain weight with air. Powerful as well as graceful, showing solid back-end punch and supple tannins that shape the floral-tinged finish." - Josh Raynolds (Mar 2017)

93-95 Points - Robert Parker's Wine Advocate:
"The 2015 Châteauneuf du Pape is a classic blend of 75% Grenache, 10% Syrah, 10% Mourvèdre and 5% Cinsault, mostly from rolled stone terroirs, that was partially destemmed and will see 15 months all in foudre. It boasts a deep ruby/purple color as well as full-bodied richness, sweet tannin and textbook Southern Rhône notes of cured meats, toasted spice, garrigue and ample red and black fruits. It will have two decades or more of prime drinking." - Jeb Dunnuck (Oct 2016)

97-100 Points - Jeb Dunnuck:

"The 2016 Châteauneuf-du-Pape from Paul-Vincent is going to be beauty! As is normal I was able to taste through numerous foudre of different blends, as well as a foudre of the final blend, all of the samples showed distinct, rich, even opulent profile, terrific purity and ripe backbones. The final cuvee shows the classic sweet core of fruit that’s the hallmark of this estate, as well as notable complexity in its peppery herbs, dried flowers, scorched earth and graphite aromas and flavors. This is a darker fruited cuvee than normal, and I suspect it’s going to rival the 2007 and 2010." - (12/2017)

92 Points - Wine Enthusiast Magazine:
"Maucoil's 2013 is a sturdy, full-bodied wine. It's plummy, dense and earthy, with nuances of cracked pepper and mocha showing themselves on the palate. The finish—long, firm and peppery—bodes well for aging. Drink now–2025." - Joe Czerwinski ( 5/1/2016)

97 Points - Wine Spectator Magazine:
“A stunner from the get-go, with waves of thoroughly seductive boysenberry, plum, blueberry and raspberry reduction forming the core, while roasted apple wood, rooibos tea, bergamot, and anise notes flash throughout. Has plenty of bass, with a Turkish coffee accent and a hint of alder driving underneath. Everything moves in lockstep through the seriously long finish. Best from 2020 through 2045. 12,500 cases made.” –JM (Web Only 2017)
