94-96 Points - Robert Parker's Wine Advocate:
"
The 2012 Coteaux du Languedoc Terrasses du Larzac La Peira is similar in style, with lively and fresh cassis, black raspberry, graphite, licorice and cedar notes flowing to a medium to full-bodied, profile on the palate. Pure, focused and nicely concentrated, enjoy it over the coming 10-12 years. One of reference point producers in the Languedoc, and in my view, easily one of the top estates in all of France, La Peira en Damaisela was created in 2004 by Australian composer Rob Dougan, with the talented Jeremie Depierre making the wines. Covering 11 hectares of gravely, rocky soils in the Terrasses du Larzac region, they produce a single white, based on Roussanne and Viognier, and four red cuvees; the Cinsault/Carignan-driven Les Obriers; the Grenache heavy (includes 25% Syrah and smaller parts Mourvedre, Cinsault and Carignan) Las Flors de La Peira; their top wine, the La Peira, which is a 60/40 blend of Syrah and Grenache; and a tiny amount of pure Mourvedre, the Matissat." - JD (4/2014)

"Bigger and richer, with more black fruits, ground pepper, forest floor and resinous scrub brush, the 2011 Coteaux du Languedoc Terrasses du Larzac Les Obriers (65% Cinsault, 35% Carignan) is medium-bodied, layered and textured on the palate, with a terrific finish. Drink it over the coming 4-6 years." - Jeb Dunnuck (Apr 2014)

In the glass, the wine shimmers with a pale hue of translucent garnet. Soft aromatics of dried rose petals prevail and invite a tasting. With bright hints of strawberry and ripe stone fruits, the wine leads to an opulent mid-palate. Finishing with purpose, it is long and riddled with layers of texture and grace.

"A blend of mostly Grenache Blanc, with 20% Roussanne, the 2015 Cotes du Roussillon Vieilles Vignes has exotic, vibrant notes of lime, apple peel and mint to go with a racy, saliva-inducing style on the palate. Drink this clean, crisp white on release and over the following year or so." - Jeb Dunnuck (27th Apr 2016)
