Tasting Notes:
This naturally cloudy amber Hefeweissbier has a firm, creamy head and reveals fragrances of peach, apricot and citrus on the nose. The initial impression on the palate is of a bouquet of aromas, including subtle touches of banana plus refreshing grapefruit from the American Chinook hops. The fruity peach and apricot notes from the Amarillo hops are balanced by the gentle sweetness of the caramel malt. The beer has a delicate tartness that melds into a harmonious mouthfeel on the finish.

About This Beer:
We first began experimenting with Belgian-style ales in 2006, and fresh, whole peaches were selected as one of the first fruits to add to the sour beer that we had fermented for over eight months in white oak barrels. We use 7,000 pounds of fresh Indiana peaches from Huber’s Orchard and Winery in Starlight, Indiana, destoning the peach pits by hand before adding to the barrels. Peach is a fruited ale with gold and straw colors that shine upon pouring, and zesty amounts of carbonation. Fresh peach aromas meld with floral and wine-like notes. Wonderful peach flavors follow in the taste, accompanied by refreshing tartness with a dry finish and mouth-watering tanginess.

About This Beer:
Few flavors complement each other as well as those of chocolate and raspberry. The rich and roasted character of chocolate is enhanced by the sweet and tart nature of raspberries, and showcasing this union was the focus behind Unity Stout. Pure raspberries and roasted cacao nibs were added to a silky smooth oak milk stout to create this truly complex and flavorful beer. - 9.5% ABV | 40 IBU

While Hoppy Table Beer was inspired by the Belgian tradition of low-ABV, easily drinkable beers, it still occupies a hop-forward spot all its own. Brewed with our 2-row malt blend, Maris Otter malt, and oats, the beer is then spiced with a subtle addition of coriander. We ferment it with our house yeast for classic Belgian citrus aromas. Hoppy Table Beer is hopped with Chinook, Cascade, Comet, and Azacca hops, then dry hopped with more Comet and Azacca. A mildly hoppy aroma full of grapefruit springs from this straw-colored, light-bodied ale. Flavors of pine and stone fruit balance the beer’s clean, slightly bitter finish.

Formally defined as the depths in water beyond which less than one percent of sunlight penetrates. Aphotic is a beer with a very dark side. Just one sip and you will understand the true depths of its darkness as the deep, luxurious layers of malt rich-ness tantalize and tease your taste buds. - 9.2% ABV | 38 IBU

This easy-drinking (OK it's around 9 percent so maybe easy-drinking in a relative sense) stout has tons of malty richness. It has a wonderful roast coffee aroma and flavor along with chocolate and dark fruit notes. This is a great beer to serve with dessert, or better yet, make it the dessert by pouring it over vanilla bean ice cream.
